I highly recommend this company. They were very thorough and very honest about the inspection and gave a detailed report. Very easy to work with and great at communicating.

Zachary does a very thorough job of inspecting homes and reporting on his findings. In addition, he is very thorough in his explanation of his findings during the in person wrap up.

Highly recommend! Quick to schedule, very thorough, and super friendly. Got the report to us earlier than what he had told us to expect it even. Zach was meticulous in documenting everything with photos and thorough explanations. My husband and I are first time home buyers and he definitely helped us feel comfortable with the process!

Zachary was meticulous in his inspection of my home. He took pictures of each area, and explained how to fix and maintain anything that needed work. He was prompt in his replies and offered assistance on how to go about getting things repaired. He was friendly and spent extra time with me going over each item. I highly recommend his inspection services and appreciate his hard work!

Excellent experience with Zach of Midland & Associates! Extremely thorough report that was quickly delivered, and we were able to use it for maintenance/construction after our purchase. Zach also called me in advance of the report to answer all of my questions and give me an overall understanding of the property’s condition. Will absolutely work with him again!
